Appointment Cancellation Policy

Cash or credit card deposits of 25% for services over $100 must be used to reserve appointments. Cancellations of appointments with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their deposit with the exception of Spa Day Experiences which require 48 hours notice of cancellation.

* Gift Certificates are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. No refunds will be given.

** Lotus cannot guarantee chemical and color services due to the nature of the product and outside variances and factors of our clients that may effect our services. There is a no-refund policy on these services.
