Yoga Classes
Tracy, Jeff and Danielle bring a true love of Yoga to their teaching. They are all certified Yoga instructors.

The classes are tailored to the student's needs, therefore beginners are welcome. Classes may include a Yoga Nidra experience and medatative practice. Yoga Nidra allows you to deeply explore your body, breath and sense of feelings.

As well as physical exercise, Yoga is a balancing tool used to explore and unite body, mind and spirit.

Classes will be small, 4 to a session.

First time customers enjoy 1 Free Yoga or Zumba Class.
